Author registration by extended abstract submission (maximum 350 words)
 

STEP 1. - Submit your extended abstract by EasyChair at this link... (you can find here the detailed instructions (eng and ro) on EasyChair use and functionalities)

 

- go to Editing requirements page for editing details

 

STEP 2. - Wait for the feedback email regarding your paper. If the abstract is accepted go to step 3: 

 

STEP 3 - Submit the ANONIMIZED full text-paper using  EasyChair at this link...  (detailed  instructions )

Also, please SEND US BY EMAIL the scanned proof of payment at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , stating the code of your paper.

At this step, please do not write the authors' name, affiliation, email addresses or phone numbers inside the paper

- use the paper template on Editing requirements in order  to write your paper
- before submitting the paper make sure it is compliant with the Editing requirements

 

STEP 4 - Wait for the feedback email. After you receive it, please make all the requested changes and re-submit the paper. Repeat this step until your paper is finally accepted!

 

STEP 5 - Submit the FINAL version of your full-text paper - only after you receive the email confirming your paper has been accepted for publishing.

Now you have to fill in ALL THE AUTHOR(S)' DETAILS AND AFFILIATION, as described on Editing requirements

Please use the same DOCX file format for saving the final version of your paper.
